If you start your career as a financial planer and continue to remain in the same field then the growth can be limitless since if you are sound in your domain and provides with valuable inputs to your clients needs then clients do end up paying a significant percentage as fees to effectively plan the investment.

The advantage to work as financial planer is that if you want to do thing on your own as a planner you would get handsome commission from financial firms and banks and you would also get the fees from clients you service .

Its always been seen in Financial Planning Sector that if any individual has good relationship and reputation among his client he would get handsome rewards since client want to work with that financial planner also in case you change job most of the clients would come with you since its your expertise which client would need.

In Nutshell if you are good and competitive in your domain sky is the limit for your growth
