I'm a final year B.Tech(ECE) student. I have had some backlogs in during my course so far and currently am having 4 backlogs carrying with me. Hi There,
You sound quite down but the best part is you still have some future aim.That should be your motivation.
Whatever has happened, has happened, you cannot change it, so why dwell on the past.
Simple statements or even thinking, that you were a good student,m will only bring you down more.
Instead just clear your mind, think positive and "I will try" attitude and go ahead with your studies.
I do not wish to generalize, but it has been noted that once a student gets his or her stream post 12th, the effort suddenly drops down and that's when failures starts. Most of them become overconfident.
But now its not the time to grieve over such issues.
I am sure you know that to get a job or to pursue an MBA or further studies, your Final year marks are very very important as well as clearing your backlog.
So instead of building a dream castle, get back to reality.Focus on your studies, include Smart study habits, meet your professors and get your doubts cleared, study or rather discuss with your friends.Make a list of what all are left and how will you approach them.
Best is to now focus on clearing your final year with the best of best marks and also clearing your backlogs.
One word of caution, while studying do not think that you were a failure. Just focus and think it is your current exam and go ahead positively.
