Dear Sreesanth,

Of course your decision is correct as you are interested in this field. After completing Masters Degree course in Mass Communication, you can carry out research in Media studies or be recruited in any profile in Public Relations, Advertising, Broadcasting or Media. Candidates who are dynamic, creative and have good people skills make a good career in the field of Mass Communication.

To apply for jobs just go to the website of the company and leave your application there. If their requirement matches to your qualifications you will get call from them.

All the Best

Hi There,

Whether your decision is correct or incorrect is purely a matter of your choice.

If you were interested in Media, and you have the potentials to succeed, your decision is correct.
Even if you do not have the potentials but are ready to learn, your decision is correct.

Anyways Visualization or rather Imagination is the most important aspect in Media, and your background qualification supports that part.
So it is a wonderful or rather an add-on to your career.

As far as jobs application is concerned, you would have to send in your application to the channels. Mainly while working or during your interns create a good set of contacts that can help you to begin your career in those industries.
In-case you are applying on your own, please note that you need to send in a write-up as to your creative acts done during the course.
Try and engage in hosting shows, conducting events or rather covering events etc.
This will help you land up a job.

Hope this helps.

Wish you good luck.............
