You have not mentioned the year in which you are currently in. Please note both after 11th and 12th you could shift to B.Com.
But after 11th, the issue is the number of seats. So you would get admission only if there is a vacancy in a particular college.
Anyways if you are interested in business then knowing management strategy is a must. You could think of BBA or BMS or after graduation pursue an MBA.
Choice is yours.
