Dear aspirantWelcome to CareerGuideThanks for asking this question and I am happy to answer your query. You have got 4 years experience in finance field in BPO Sector which itself is an asset. Also I wish to congratulate you on your MBA Finance degree. I want to congratulate you because, very less people are opting for such a qualification because of its tough syllabus. For your information, MBA Finance is almost considered equivalent to Cost and work Accountant Final or Chartered Accountant. You should be proud of yourself.
I would like to warn you though. Money or income is not to be considered in the starting of any career. I advice fresh graduates to get a relevant job and be experienced and learn the job and gain maximum knowledge. once you become a king of your field, then every other thing come in search of you like money, fame, power etc.It is true in your case also. Making money and becoming wealthier should be secondary. Primarily, you should be passionate to your job. Learn the job and earn maximum knowledge possible. Gain in experience and you will be hand picked by industries. As Finance personality, you are fit for any industry and you can opt for any. While taking up a career you must keep so many things in your mind, job security, atmosphere, coworkers attitude, management, suitability etc, and at last the salary and perks package. See. The salary package comes at last. Therefore, be passionate towards your job and you will find right opportunities at the right time. For a change you can start preparing for Indian Audit and Accounts Services (IAAS) civil services or Indian Railways Accounts Service. This shall fulfill your motive of money. But for that you need to work hard. Get on with it. Prepare and practice. Check UPSC website for more details. Hope this clears your doubts and answers your query.Good luck.
