Dear Aspirant,
Once you say that you aim to do MBA from Top BSchools and then you also say whether you can get into those without CAT. This is an irony.
It appears that you are finding short cuts. If you wish to be in the top, then you have to take efforts and pains to get into that category for making a top career. It also appears that you wish to do MBA just for the degree name sake and may be just because all are doing MBA for their separate reasons.
There is no BSchool which allows admission without any entrance test like CAT, SNAP, CMAT, XAT, etc.
I suggest that you take efforts now which will reap your fruits later.
