After MSc Chemistry, thinking of doing MBA sounds very weird. Who told you that MBA is mandatory for every living person on this earth to get a job? If you were not interested in Chemistry at all, then why did you at all do MSc? You should have changed the track after getting BSc itself.
If you are not at all interested in Chemistry even after doing MSc., then you can go for MBA in the specialisation you like.
But please re-consider your decision to go for MBA.
