A reputed college has good academic and placement records of students. It conducts all practicals and helps students to prepare well for placements. Hence, choosing a reputed college for MCA is recommended in your situation.
However, keep in mind that BCA plus MCA is a six years course. So you must work seriously on all projects and internships. If you achieve excellent record in internship, the company offers you a job. With a good academic record and project experience, your college and companies may allow you to work in a company from second year of MCA course.
