MBA is a degree program and PGDM/PGPM are diploma courses. So,degree always have a more value than diploma courses. Apart from PGDM courses from IIM's and other top institutes which has PGDM equivalent to MBA program. Only a university grants degree and IIM 's and other like ISB , NMINS etc are institutes,but there PGDM courses are equivalent to MBA.
