i myself a student of pcb n didnt got through mbbs entrance exam,n ve chosen btech in food technology as an alternate option?is it a fair deal?

Food science and technology is a vast field, offering a great number of the job options.
Those who finds food as fascinating subject, food science is interesting option for them. Food technology uses science from chemistry, engineering, nutrition, microbiology etc to produce food that last longer and with nutrients, and are safer. And also produces many specialty products.

Courses:

Btech food technology or Bsc food science. Further pursuing master's course in same.
Students with physics , chemistry ,maths or biology can pursue btech/Bsc in food technology.
