First let me introduce you to me, I am working as a financial analyst in a private company and I am having experience of more than three years in the same field.I did my MBA in finance from IIM Shillong and before that I was working as operation officer in Govt company.

Coming to your question I would like to say as a security analyst a lot many opportunities lies in India and In foreign countries as well. With the changing work culture of working in computer systems,less paper work, improved technology all companies are in need of a security analyst. To secure their data, systems, networks all need a security analyst for sure. In India itself you will find lot many openings in so many companies for the post of security analyst.
Scope is always there everywhere, but if want to compare with India and USA definitely USA is having more opportunities but some conditions are there like you should have good experience in the same field and should be having good command over your work than only it is possible for you to convert a opening in USA for you.
One more advantage is in foreign countries you will be paid more as compare to India as you are paid in dollars and pounds in other foreign countries like UK.
So its your choice how you see your future and how you want to move ahead in your career path, only thing is you need to focus more on your work and should always be updated with the updated tools, technology and techniques. The openings and scope is there everywhere though more in USA you need to analyse where you stand than only decide what is best for you and whether you can survive in foreign countries and can adjust in their culture.
You will definitely earn well in USA and foreign countries but money is always secondary, job satisfaction, Emotional comfort always count, so being a Indian you need to analyse each and every factor before deciding anything.
