Is there any drawbacks in doing B.D.S. from a "deemed university"?

I am planning to my B.D.S. from Krishna institute of medical sciences,karad.....would there be any limitations to my career options because of being a graduate from a "deemed university"????

No drawbacks as such, but depends on which University you are looking at. The new rankings for Dental Colleges in India has been published in Outlook
