Is there any drawbacks in doing B.D.S. from a "deemed university"?

I am planning to my B.D.S. from Krishna institute of medical sciences,karad.....would there be any limitations to my career options because of being a graduate from a "deemed university"????

No drawbacks as such, but depends on which University you are looking at. The new rankings for Dental Colleges in India has been published in Outlook. So you could look at one of the private colleges from that list. You would not be required to pay any donation amount in a couple of the top 10 colleges.
