Dear candidate,

Looks like you are obsessed with degree tags rather understanding the strength of each degree. For your information, no college in India or any where abroad offers a dual degree in MSc and MTech. You need to understand that MSc and MTech are a bit different on its own scales, as one is Science integrated and the later is technology oriented. If you are interested in doing both degrees, the best way to go about is doing an M.Sc. in India and then doing an M.Tech in India. Or else, after you finish your B.Sc. in India, you can consider applying for an M.Sc. in the UK, Europe or Australia.

As you have also mentioned your desire on MCA, I would strongly recommend you to consider the MCA after your B.Sc. It isn't outdated and I am totally surprised to hear this. Every stream of Computer degrees, whether it is applications oriented or product/ technology oriented, has its strengths on its own. So, doing MCA after your B.Sc. is equally advisable.

Mechatronics, I doubt if you will be eligible to study M.Sc. Mechatronics with a strong component on only computers in your bachelors degree. If you have studied any modules on Electronics or Mechanics as part of your current degree, then you may stand eligible for applying an M.Sc. in Mechatronics

Hope this helps. Good luck.
