Good question and a good career choice.

Firstly depending on the specialization you wish at the masters degree, you could get a dual degree, but again you would have to look out for the reputation of the University and the scope of the degree. offered.
After a BSc in computers, you could either begin working or pursue higher studies in either MCA or an M.Sc degree.
An MCA graduate is very much in demand for their thorough knowledge of application and systems. Its a 3 years course, and you would have to clear an entrance exam to secure admission.
As an MCA graduate you could work in top IT firms like Dell, Wipro, Siemens etc. You could work as:
Software engineer
Programmer
Trouble shooter
System Analysts
Internet Expert
Network designer and so on....
Most important is you would have to be updated with the latest technology.
So every 6 months it is essential you get certified with the latest technology.
Though your course would well equip you with computer hardware and software language, additional certificates related to web designing, graphics, animations etc would be an added advantage.
If you are keen on an M.Tech program, then you would compulsory have to pursue a Masters degree i.e. an MSc in computer science and then opt for an M.Tech.
Mechatronics is a combination of Mechanical engineering and physics.
Your Science knowledge and basic computer knowledge could be an added advantage if you wish to pursue an M.Tech in Mechatronic.
But as mentioned you would first have to complete a masters degree then only can you pursue an M.Tech degree, after clearing the entrance exam.
The decision is purely yours
. You would have to see if you could invest so many years of study, your financial status and the increasing competition as years pass on.
Computers is an in-thing, never to die.Doing an MCA program and updating yourself regularly seems to be a good career prospect.Rest is your choice.
Wish you luck in your choice.....
