I am a final year student of B.tech(EE) from Kolkata . I had C & Java as two compulsory subjects in my 2nd & 6th semester. Though I know computer very well but I need a computer certificate from government registered institution to appear in all kinds of Government exams. Please suggest such an institution in Kolkata .
