As Dr Anand has rightly said that there are no correspondence course in Designing field.
But you can study a full time course and at the same time if you could get certified as a web or graphic designer, you could get a part time job as a designer.
But please note there would be a lot of projects given to you during the course, so probably, you may not get enough time to work.
Think and then make a choice accordingly.
