Please note, a Respiratory therapist is the one who helps patients restore their breathing whether before surgery or post surgery or even during mild issues like breathlessness, asthma attack etc.
Right from an ambulance to ICU to operation theatres to just clinics etc are well equipped with a respiratory therapist.
They are the most important and one of the critical service required without which medical aid would fail miserably.
Please note there are masters degree and diploma programs which range from 1 year to 6 months which any B.Sc student can opt for
A B.Sc or an MBBS student is eligible to pursue either a masters degree or a diploma program in Respiratory therapy.
