MBA from a reputed and top ranked institute is at first place recommended. Gone are the days when just having the degree on paper would ensure good jobs and salaries.
IIBM is a good Institute recognised by University and AICTE. You need to check the previous placement records and then decide. Speaking to the current and past students will be the best for of advice here.
Even if you do MBA from any other Institute, I would recommend you to take efforts on communication, English language, general awareness, computer skills (including typing).
