As far as the website is concerned, it shows ISBF has been established in the year 2016 at South delhi. Their course curriculum is as per the University of London and students once they finish their course gets their certificates or degrees certified under University of London.
At the same time, they have student exchange programs and facility for pursuing a masters degree or MBA from London.
At the sametime, they have good campus placements too. But please note, they have diploma programs mostly, and are a affiliate centre to London. Though industries, do seem to value a diploma from this institute (looking at their campus recruitment).
Choice is yours.
I would still suggest, meet few students at the campus and those already placed, to get a first hand review of the institute.

If you are looking for an under graduate course, I would recommend you to go for a UGC recognised University in India.
Though foreign affiliations and partnerships look very rosy, you will have to check their relevance to the indian industry.
