First and foremost if you have been a good student in terms of Academics then how can you not have liking towards Physics.
At the same time, even if you do not choose Physics options, please note that it is an integral part of Science field and any option you choose would have a little touch of Physics in it too.
Anyways coming back to your question.Options in PCMB:

  • Medical: A 5 1/2 years of study, whereby ypu qualify as a general Physician. But to make a niche for yourself you would have to pursue a masters degree, either an MD General or MD Surgery. Specializations like Cardiology,Gastroenterology,Urinologists, Psychiatrists, Pediatrics and so on.

  • Dentistry: A 4 yearsundergraduatecourse, whereby you can practice as a dentists but without surgery.
  • Pharmacy: A 4 yearsundergraduatestudy in Medicine and its production and formulation. Though this field also involves study of physics, because of the involvement of human body and its properties, but it is a combination of Bio, Chemistry and physics
  • Physiotherapy: A 4 yearsundergraduatecourse. Mainly involves the use of radiation and other forms of exercise to help thepersons muscular issues at hand.It involves Physics to a large extent
  • Biotechnology: A 3 yearsUndergraduatecourse. This course combines Biology and technology. Mainly involved in research ofmachines needed for detecting bodily issues. eg. X Ray scanners
  • Microbiology: As the name suggests, it is basically studying of microbes and its effects on the body and environment. Highlyresearchoriented field
  • Computer Science: A B.SC IT or BCA course, which would expose you to the application part wihich involves the use of both hardware and software too. The only requirement is Math as a subject.
These are in general fields you could opt for after 12th.

Though Engineering is also which you can opt for, but since you do not like Physics, could not mention it here.
Hope this answers your query.

Wish you good luck
