Nilesh , travel to different overseas location depends more on company than on job profile. If you are in kind of company - usually MNC's or companies which has overseas client then you may get a chance to travel.

A call center executive might also get to travel abroad if they have process related to overseas location. Even a director of marketing divison might not get to travel abroad if he/she is dealing with domestic market.

Also, you might keep in touch with embassy' rel="nofollow"s of the countries you are interested to go in. They do come up with openings in their respective countries.

There are also many recruiters and consultants who work of job placements in middle east and other Asian Countries. But beware of fraud.

It is a dream for aspirants to be going abroad, and if it through the company then excellent.

Please note that these days most of the companies in any particular field and position, do send their employees on an abroad trip for training purpose or for troubleshooting. But mind you only if they have their counterparts in a foreign location or they have some sort of a tieup.

Secondly, depending on the nature of the job, would company send their employees abroad.
Thirdly, the capacity of the employee. If you are a one man show, or you are very good in innovative thinking, you stand a chance to fly.

But please note that these going abroad, does have their own setbacks too. They generally sign a bond with the employee, whereby you would have to work for some minimum years and if you leave prior to that, you would have to pay back the expenses they have done on you.

This does not mean, you should not dream of flying abroad.

Here I would advise you to get few years of experience in IT/ Systems, and apply to an organization which has foreign collaborations.
Try to put across your points during meetings and always be more innovative and try to be in the limelight.

Since you have mentioned about your cousin, why dont you ask him his contributions in the work field, which will give you an idea, what the company demands, and where and which skills you need to develop.
