If you had plans to be a dietician, how come you did not specialise in food science.
Anyways all options closed. But I would still say apply for an M.Sc in nutrition since you had a subject of food science you can be lucky.
But I would definitely not suggest courses from wellness Institutes like VLCC because these certificates are not valid anywhere else than just those centres only.
