Your choice is pretty unique and the one which as such cannot be compared.
You are a science student, are you familiar with accounts concepts which are generally a part of the commerce stream. Not that you cannot shift, but thinking of CA is something I cannot imagine.
My question is will you be able to learn the basic concept of accounts on your own, may be with help from classes as such?. But time is short as CPT happens in december.
If yes, then opt for CA, but then you cannot opt for engineering or rather science stream. You need complete time dedicated to CA preparations and cannot be busy with practicals or lab work. So B.Com would be preffered.
But from your question, its clear that you are interested in engineering because you not only appeared for the test but also cleared it. Opportunities knock just once. Hence my advise would be follow your interest and abilities. Dont jump into the unknown right now.
Pursue engineering with a clear and vigorous mind and sincere efforts.
