Studying music after class 10th abroad is possible. But its advisable to get some knowledge in music before you plan it as a career abroad.

Firstly for music production, you need to learn music and get to know all the aspects, technicalities of the entire spectrum of music world.
Just after 10th, I would not suggest to you take such a big step towards a career which is not proven and entirely depends on the talent and knowledge and luck.
Complete your 12th atleast, and then take Music as a course if you wish for graduation. Getting your 12th class is important for alternative career option also if you wish to come back to conventional career options.
