Hey, there you looking out for abroad opportunities, sounds good. But its difficult to answer your question, since you have not mentioned the specialization you looking out for.

Also please note that these days whether its UK or USA, both the countries are offering you only student visa and once that expires you are transported back or taken as a defaulter. No work permit is offered now a days.
Different country is known for different specialization
. Mostly USA is known for technical line, medical and so on. UK is know for pharma specializations, designing and management.
So depending on your interests you could be guided further.
As far as scholarships are concerned it would all depend on the university you apply to, the grants available and how strong is your thesis paper. There are many abroad study counselors who can guide you further on the places you could apply to and how to get your theses ready attractively.
At the same time, I am not trying to discourage you from going abroad, but do remember there are good opportunities available in India, whereby you have experienced and renowned teachers and good industry exposure and practical teaching skills.
Next time be specific with your specialization so that proper guidance can be given.
