When she is interested in Interior designing, why not get into the field directly.
Anyways you might be worried that it id a diploma and not a degree program.
So alternate route is pursue Commerce graduation and through correspondence she can pursue an Interior designing course.
As such, if she can join a firm and get experience in the same, would not matter if she has a degree or not.
