Firstly she would have to decide which language she wishes to make a career in. Being focused is important. Jumping from French to German and back to French would be of no use. Best would be to master French langauge, as she has already learnt the basic, so B1 french is a better option.
As far as job opportunities are concerned in various IT related firms, as well as call centres with french origin, she would have opportunities and base, embassy, literate house or publishing house as an interpreter or translator. She could also work as a teacher in various schools, colleges or private coaching institutes.
