I want to do Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician. I completed my 10th grade from Maldives. I got C pass from biology, chemistry, mathematics, fisheries science, dhivehi and islamic studies. and a B pass from english. I got D from physics. Now I am in a big trouble. i dont know wether Indian Universities will accept my qualifications. I searched many universities. all the universities that i've checked so far requires the same qualification. and that is: A pass in 10th class or equivalent.

As far as education is concerned, no country objects to students attaining a degree from their University, until they fulfill their criteria set. I mean if you meet their eligibility criteria.
As such I think you are eligible to pursue your studies from Indian University.
Currently just going through Lovely University, I see they have mentioned they intake students from Maldives too.

Best would be to check the website of the University you wish to apply and if there is no eligibility mentioned for international students, then either drop in a mail to the University or best would be to call them and get clarification.
