Interest in automobiles, but have opted for commerce, sounds weird.
Sorry to say, but right now, looking back is not the right option. If you were interested in automobiles, then you should have opted for the Science stream rather than commerce.
Our education system allows a Science student to shift to either commerce or ARTS, and a Commerce student to shift to ARTS, but not vice-versa.
Now, taking science would mean dropping a year and starting from scratch. Also there is no guarantee, you would clear the engineering entrance exam to secure a seat in a good college.
Thus I would suggest, continue with the commerce stream only.
