Both are IT related courses.
B.ScIT is more theoretical in nature focusing only on Hardware related functions. Where as BCA , is combination of Theory and Practicals and more of an application oriented course.
The eligibility for both the courses is 12 pass with Math as subject. Few BCA colleges admit students after an Entrance exam
The only difference is that B.Sc IT is more theoretical course related to Hardware functioning, where as BCA is combination of both Theory as well as Practicals and is an application oriented course.
Also since IT is volatile field, new technology is introduced all the times, you would have to pursue certificate courses to be updated with the latest.
