Please show me how to pave a way to the IT sector and what would I need to do to earn a job as a technical writer. If any course is needed to be pursued then let me know.

Ohhh. Pretty interesting query.

But my question to you is if you were interested in an IT profession why did you pursue an English Literature course.

Since you already have an experience in the IT Sector, you definitely wish to pursue it further.

Pursuing an MBA at this stage will not take you anywhere, since it would be more of a management role. And honestly to play a role of a manager, you need to know the basics so that you could guide the juniors accordingly.

Best would be to pursue an MCA program, which is more of a application based course and mainly software related. Since you already have knowledge related to hardware, this course though goes into detalinngs of both Hardware and software, in your last year, you could choose a specialization, mainly choosing between hardware and software.
Choice is yours completely. But Hardware is something yo can learn by being on the job, but to work as a software developer or software programmer, you need to have the basic understanding as to how such programs work. So a software specilaization during MCA would be helpful to you.

Moreover the MCA course now is offered on a Part-time or correspondence basis, so you can continue working as well as get yourself qualified too.

Post MCA and with work experience, and depending on the situation of promotion, you can opt for an MBA in systems or a general MBA whichever will help you in terms of your progress.

Hope this answers your query.

Wish you good luck..........
