First of all, don't be confused or nervous or confused.
From your query it seems to me that you have changed many jobs within a short spam of time and that's the reason you are confused about what should be done in order to get a settled job.

First of all, BPO/KPO industry is giant industry which covers almost every country on the earth so obviously scopes of exploring yourself within this industry is also vast. However, in order to get something good from the industry you need to give something towards that industry. Its a natural process of Give and Take.

In order to get a settled job you should make sure that in which BPO/KPO industry you want to make your career. After that once you get a job, at least for 2 to 3 years you should stick to the same company. Until and unless you are not an established employee company the companies won't start thinking about you. And once you achieve the companies attraction there is no lo looking back for you.

The other very important factor which works in these industries are the interest and feel good factor towards your work. If you don't want to work or if you don't love your work, let me clarify to you that you will never succeed, you have to have interest and love for your work which will automatically work in your favor if you have these in you.

Third if you have all of the above things and still not able to make it than try to opt for different courses which are easily available in the marker such as Diploma in Customer Relationship Management, Certificate course in Customers Assistance.


BPO/KPO industries are client service oriented industry where client services are very important factor which can take you or your company from scratch to top.

If you are just BA and if you are lacking in communication skills than you can join English speaking classes also cause English speaking is very important if you are in a BPO services.

I personally suggest you to stick to the job you have currently and try to learn and gain as much as you can from your companies processes and invest your time being there for your company. Companies do everything today in order to retain the employees who really think about the company. Somy asuggestion to you is rather than westing you time in looking for something else please continue with what you already have.

The most important skills which brand companies require in a candidate are:

MS Office skills
Communication skills
Domain knowledge

I would recommend that you need to first assess whether you have the above skills.

The definition of settlement varies from individual to individual.

For some moving up the ladder and craving for more and more progress is settlement, and for some just working defines settlement.

Firstly, here I would like you to ask yourself,

  • what kind of a role are you looking at???
  • What are your career goals???

Answering the above question will help you decide where exactly you would like to excel at an which field is important to help you reach that goal.

Instead of hop, skip and jump, I would suggests, you to undergo an Aptitude tests and based on the results discuss with a counselor and then choose what you wish to go ahead with in future.

Do not choose blindly on the basis of friends or family or what you see.
