Both these Institutes do not have any M.Sc Animal Physiology course. Please be sure of the Institute and its course before you apply for a course.
As far as preparations are concerned, I would suggest, meet existing students and ask them about the books. Another way is ask your professors for the best book to help you prepare. At the sametime, there would be previous years question papers. Check with the Institute.
