So complicated as a career as a lecturer in India. If the S-3 scholarship is restricted, there will be fewer S-3 lecturers in this country. If the S-3 is low, there will be fewer FIs based on the draft PP regulation above

. If there are fewer and fewer FIs, the fewer institutional accreditation points, the less can work with national grants or other grants. In the end, the good goal of the government will probably be far more difficult to achieve than with current regulations, namely RRB can be obtained by S-2 lecturers.
