Here I would request you to get your doubts clarified with the professor, so that the basic understanding of the subject will help you larn it better.
Also you can make a chart of the formuals and keep revising it whenever time permits and try alternating wiht the formulas, as in applying them.

As such, you do have the option for pursuing a B.Sc Food technology after 12th.
But for a course in Biotechnology, though Physics and math is essential, but with a combination of Biology is needed.
So as such you are not eligible for this course.

Other career options with PCM combiantion for you includes:

• Pharmacy
• Gaming
• Robotics
• Computers ( BCA / B.Sc IT)

As such any field you choose you can get into Research.
Research in the Pharmaceutical Industry is currently booming.

You can also do BSc and MSc Micro Biology. Micro Biology is in great demand in the industry as well research. Winery is one area where there are excellent salaries and research opportunities.

Pharmacy is definitely a good option as suggested by Ms. Mukherjee, if you wish to remain in biology and chemistry without physics.

For a course in Biotechnology, biology is essential along with Physics and Maths. Therefore, you can not pursue biotechnology. However, you can pursue BSc in Food Technology/Dairy Technology/Agriculture.

Other career options after 12th in research field are as follow:

I recommend you to do and dual degree (B Tech+MTech) course in food technology or diary technology and then PhD to make career in research domain.
