The role of the company secretaries has completely changed and has got a lot of importance, recognition and demand in the last few decades earlier the work of the company secretaries was to look for the smooth functioning of the organizations but now the role of the company secretary is also to look after the legal matters of the organizations.  Many of the students who have an interest in making a career in the corporate law for them CS is the right career track.  A CS course gives them a good learning of the corporate law.  Students who have completed their 12^th can take in admission for the CS course by doing a registration with the CS institute.  Students do not need to have any specified percentage of marks to take an admission for the CS course after to take an admission for the CS course.  After 12^th student has to give a CS foundation exam than CS Intermediate course (Group I & II), CS Final course (Group I,II, III)  whereas student has to take the trainings as told by the CS institute from time to time.  There is also other option to take an admission for the CS course after completing the graduation degree for the CS intermediate course.  After graduation you will not need to give the CS foundation exam along with CS go for the Law degree as it is very beneficial and also corporate they ask for the law degree along with CS.  You can take for the 5 years law course after 12^th and 3 years law course after graduation degree.
