Hi there,

Good to see you back in this forum and excellent that you are confused, because that means you are thinking and thinking will guide you accordingly.

Firstly I did not get the relationship between age and education.
If one is determined then at any age, education is possible.
Ofcourse, professional courses like CA or CFA would take you few years, not necessarily 4 years, but surely they are tough to clear and requires huge industrial experience at the same time.
But if you are committed, then the number of years will not matter.

Please note that, any course you take, you must have the persistence to continue with it or else you would be wasting a lot of time, money and most importantly your energy.
Please choose a course, not based on their credibility and demand in the pouter world, but based on your abilities and potentials and then only would you be able to survive in that industry.

Also since, you have a family business and you are looking out to venture on your own, then an MBA would definitely be supportive.

As far as short term courses like Event management, Fashion designing or any other field, please first check on your creative skills and your ability to think differently.
Since these courses are short term, it would be good if you could join the organization, work there and check on their working pattern and see for yourself if you fit in those kind of work atmosphere.

As far as possible, it is better if you undergo a Psychometric assessment or Career guidance tests, that will point out to your potentials and will help you choose a course

Another piece of advise is that you could list down your priorities and besides that they route by which the goal achievement is possible. This will help you in shortlisting a suitable option for you.

On an ending note, stability in terms of professional and personal life is what everyone aims for, and respect and recognition automatically follows.
If you believe in what you do and are able to contribute to the society also, recognition automatically follows.

Wish you good luck....

Hi There,

Glad to see you approach us back.

Starting your own venture, however having with you some years of work experience is always advised.

I understand that you have the zeal to have something of your own, but that needs to be planned out very well and you have to understand it very well what you wish to offer to the people.

Leaving courses won't give you anything, but deciding well before which course or area is good for you is most important. Without knowing what you really want from yourself and your career, you cannot progress.

I sincerely suggest you to take the Psychometric test available with CareerGuide, to know what is the real you and what is suited for you.

Best wishes,
