Please help me out to choose the right path

Hi sir, iam manoj I hav completed my b.tech in 2013 in the stream of ece but due to my interest in networking I have done some certifications in networking like MCP,MTA . so I have these certifications in the past 1 year. Now I want to try for jobs and as well as to to study further like M.B.A OR M.TECH iam littlebit confused in choosing the right path. So please help me out to choose the right path.

Good, Manoj, you have made the right decision, you need to study further, since there is a lot of advances and industries these days demands post graduate qualified people.


As far as M.Tech or MBA is concerned, it is completely your choice.

You would have to decide whether you would like to be in the lead and doing things by self or would you like to guide people.

If you ask me, becoming a supervisor without a base knowledge is of no use. And productivity is higher when you are into an on-job kind of a role.

So I would have chosen an M.Tech, to get complete technical knowledge and then begin working and after few years of experience and knowledge of working, I would then prefer a management degree, then to head as a supervisor or a team lead.
Anyways choice is yours.

Depending on your specialization at the M.Tech level, there are few University which gives a combined study option, i.e, an M.Tech + MBA.
So you not only will be technically sound but as well as sound in management levels too.
