If you are asking about god colleges then all the branches of National Institute of Fashion Designing NIFT are good......
There are many branches of these colleges and you can apply for the same.

The Branches that offer this course are:
Delhi
Mumbai
Kolkata
Chennai etc....

In fact all the branches of NIFT offer this course.

But dear you have really not mentioned if you want to do an Undergraduate course or a Masters course as this will refine the list of colleges that i can suggest you....

Also there are many other things that you should keep in mind i.e. there are some courses that offer Fashion and Apparel Management some offer only Apparel Management and yet some other are there that will offer Fashion Management and hence accordingly the list of good colleges also will change....

All these are somewhere related and linked to similar profession but the course content will definitely change accordingly..... so it is up to you to decide what you want and what course you are interested in doing.....

But if i have to generally tell you good colleges for Fashion Management or Apparel Management then without doubt it will be NIFT.

This is one of the premier institute for this course and it will help you pursue your dreams as well.
