Dear Aspirant,

Surprised to know that after being a Science graduate, you wish to dstudy Law.

Technically, any graduate except Fine Arts graduate, is eligible for Law course of three years. Since you are a graduate, you can study LLB three year course. You will have to ensure that the college you choose is recognised by a University and Bar Council of India. If it is so, then you can go ahead for admission for LLB course.

You can appear for Law Entrance Tests based on your BSc. After you clear the Entrance, as per merit list, you will get the college. Three years full time LLB is what you have to complete, after which you will get eligible to work as an Advocate or an employee in the legal departments of banks, companies, etc. You can start your own practice after getting the license as an advocate.

Just to make you cautious, hope you have chosen Law as your future career based on deep thinking and consensus and considering your likings, aptitude, etc. You may take the Ideal Career Test from CareerGuide.com to make this sure if you are really meant to be into the Legal domain for career. This is a scientific psychometric test online.

Best wishes
