The fact is that , since 2016 NATA has become mandatory for every Architecture School even if the students has secure JEE course.However there are a few schools which are private and have designing & Architechture courses.
These look promising however there is no certainty about their affiliation. Because for all the AICYE affiliated institutes NATA is the basic requirement .
If you have JEE scores then you can still try this year.
