Then I would suggest completing your graduation with a simple B.Com or BA. As such BMS or BBA, would involve a lot of projects, assignments and presentations which could lead to stress.
From your perspective above, I understandd that too much of stress also leads to an increase in eye pressure. And being involved in presentations and assignments would involve a lot of stress persey. At the sametime just being a management graduate would not lead you to a higher position. So an MBA would be a must. Whereby you would face the same circle again. Job market also would have deadlines but supposedly being in a team responsibility could be shared.
So I would suggest B.Com or BA. Follow it with a B.Ed and you could get into teaching. Teaching though is not less stressful but it has a fixed pattern which needs to be followed.
Rest is your choice.

In order to post replies to the question: "Same ques** . But now i want to change my stream because eye pressure even increases when there is much work load.So, the 2 things striking my mind is a stream which has less stress,and 2nd is a job stability sooner, which is not possible in architecture"
