The Banking Sectors work is not restricted to providing customers a Bank Account Facility it has gone beyond like providing more services to the clients.
There have been a great career opportunities in both the Private as well as Public Banking Sector.
The person who aspires to make a career in the Banking Sector especially in the Public Banking Sector they need to go through the exam.
One who aspires to make a career in the SBI Bank they have many job opportunities like SBI Clerk , PO , Special Officers post, Associate Probationary Officer.
SBI Associate PO exams are conducted for various Banks under SBI like SBBJ,SBH,SBT etc.
In order to be eligible for the SBI PO /SBI Associate Probationary Officer are as follows. The eligibility criteria for both the exams is pretty same-
1. A candidate need to have completed a Graduation degree from any recognised university from any stream.
2. The age criteria is 20 to 30 years ; 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC and 10 years for disabled person.
3. Should be an Indian.
There are restriction for the no. of attempts to the examination which are as follows
1. General 4 attempts
2.OBC 7 attempts
3. Reserved candidate there are no restrictions for the attempt.
The exams are conducted by the SBI for SBI PO in 3 levels -
1. Preliminary Examination
2. Main Examination
3. Group Discussion and Interview.
SBI Associate PO exam pattern and syllabus-
The exam covers the 4 main areas quantative aptitude,Reasoning,General Awareness, English.
The exams is in 3 levels-
1. Objective Type online test of 200 Marks with 2 hours time covering the above 4 areas.
2. Descriptive Test of 1 hour of 50 marks.
3. Group discussion and Interview.
