This question is like comparing two pearls of different colors i.e. both are precious but your favorite pearl will depend on your choice of color. Both the courses have good scope in India. However, it requires different skills to be successful on the career path. You may take a psychometric test or aptitude test to finalize the decision.
The only advantage B.Sc. (agri) coursehas over other graduation courses is you can prepare well for UPSC and state public commission exams at the same time as the syllabus for the course and syllabus for the exam is similar.

Dear Student, both the study programs have their own pluses and minuses of their own, both are in demand and both have equally good job opportunities but there has come a slight change in the thought process of people as there has come a revival of learning and people are turning back to nature and use of natural products. They prefer organic products than those readily available in the market, So, if you are inclined towards Career in agriculture branch and I may suggest you best institutions for the same - BITS, Pilani,.....

Don't ever compare courses and fields. Every course is good, it is important to analyse which course is suitable for you based on your aptitude, interests.
Agriculture and Engineering are two distinct fields.
If you are BSc Agriculture, you can choose MBA Agri Business Management or MSc Agriculture.
