Aviation Industry typically is divided into airlines for passengers (life) and cargo (non life)
You can be involved in any role or function such as:
Cabin Crew handling
Cargo handling
Ticketing and Reservations
Airport Operations and management

Whichever role, you wish to perform, please note that the courses needs to be IATA recognised.

There are diploma programs available stressing on Individual functionalities.These Diploma programs are for any 12th pass student

My suggestion would be to pursue Hospitality management or a B.Sc Aviation Management and further an MBA in Aviation management.

As far as the scope is concerned, please note it is the Hospitality industry, never to die industry.

Always something new is introduced, so employment opportunity is immense.
