with liberalization being the mantra for economic growth and development , demand for well trained specialist in the area of financial planning is on the rise. a career in financial planning can be pursued in a wide variety of fields including financial planning. perks are excellent and career growth is certain for those with right skills and aptitude. financial planners helps people make advance provisions for financial needs that may arise in future. it requires answering questions and educating clients regarding risk factors to help them to invest their money wisely. a good financial planner must have excellent numerical ability, a keen business sense, an ability to negotiate, analytical and attentive mindset, concentration and determination, intellectual maturity, tactful, temperament for team work, willingness to learn , result oriented outlook and self discipline. financial planners can find employment with multinational; and nationalized banks, financial organizations, manufacturing units, export house, insurance companies, CA firms, capital markets and large financial consulting firms.
