15k salary is the average salary which is being offered to fresh graduates these days, which I feel as a fresher should be fine.
What kind of one year experience you have? Please let me know. I would say that since you have one year experience then you can definitely expect at least 20k salary. However, there is no equation to salary. Your job profile and quality of experience is what is important, when you expect a rise in salary.
Considering Mumbai a costly city and the living expenses being high, I would suggest you to negotiate for 20k. However, you should have justification for the rise and also do not lose heart. Salary will keep on increasing as years of experience you gain.
