Only would like to add that, before you make a choice, look at your finances and expenses you would incur while studying abroad.
Also look out for the course you wish to pursue and which country and University is popular with that course. As a degree from any country is sometimes not recognised worldwide.

You have not specified your current qualification eg A student pursuing Mechanical Engineering might prefer to study robotics in Germany. Studying abroad has many pros and cons. You will get to learn a lot in terms of new education system, new country, culture, etc. However, studying abroad involves huge amount money unless you achieve a scholarship. Fees for visa and other documentation are also involved in the same.
You must be mentally and physically strong as you need to stay away from the family and adjust yourself in a new weather. However, studying from top universities gives your career a big leap. You can earn a job and stay there for few years. It changes your career path in a great way. Think about all the factors and do well in whatever career you choose.
