Generally in all companies, a person who has completed his graduation degree / Btech / BE can apply for Graduate Engineer Trainee Positions.
Furthermore, a person who has completed his post graduation from an MBA college are eligible for Management Trainee positions.
Hence, It will be easier for you to apply to engineering positions & not Management Trainee Positions.
