You are already in the final year, if you shift to literature at this stage, your 3 years would get wasted.
Better would be to pursue a masters in literature, which any graduate can opt for, after passing an entrance exam that mainly focuses on your language skills.
Or else, if you are keen and feel that chemistry is taking a toll and do not mind beginning from the scratch then move to study literature.
I would advise go in for a PG in Literature. Right now, focus on what you doing.
